Responsibilities
Create and publish content across social media platforms.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Generate and nurture leads for the company's services.
Promote the company's products and services online.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries where required.
Assist with email marketing campaigns.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Prepare simple reports on marketing performance.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to support campaigns.
What we're looking for
- Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Education
- OND, HND, B.Sc., or currently enrolled in a tertiary institution.
- Applicants from any field of study are welcome, provided they have an interest in digital marketing.
- Experience
- Previous work experience is not required.
- Internship, freelance, campus leadership, or personal digital marketing projects will be an added advantage.
- Remuneration
- Performance-based commission on successful client conversions.
- Monthly data allowance of ₦10,000 upon meeting agreed performance targets.
- Opportunity for a full-time position based on outstanding performance.

- Must have access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Must be available to work remotely during agreed working hours.
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
